When I started looking at Deerfield, I was really impressed with the layouts of the apartments and the well-kept grounds, but honestly what sold me on Deerfield was the fact that the leasing agent(s) weren't pushy and made a point of listening to what was important for me when choosing model, pointing out the major differences between the model unit and the apartment I'd be renting. The hand-written thank you they sent out was a perfect personal touch. Since moving in, the neighbors have been ...

I have enjoyed my stay at Deerfield Woods and I will miss this place. It was everything that I wanted. It's safe, clean, quiet and in a good community. Yes, it's a little pricey but you pay for what you get! The management team is thorough, attentive and have always resolved any of my concerns in a timely manner. Although Danielle recently resigned she was a very good manager. Hannah is now in a management role; she is kind, knowledgeable about the property and eager to assist. I hope this helps ...

We just moved it and we love it here at Deerfield Woods! The office team and maintenance are awesome! We looked around at a lot of different apartments in the area. Deerfield was full the first time we visited but the office called and said they had a two bedroom ready and we looked and loved it! The office was so helpful making my move a smooth transition!
