Definitely Not Great
November 11, 2018Do you like hearing everything your neighbors are doing, even when your windows are closed? If so, this is the place. EVERY morning I get to hear other people’s alarms, hear their dogs barking, and hear them yell at their dogs to quit barking; I also get to hear children running around screaming every afternoon. There’s absolutely no parking (NONE! THIS IS NO JOKE). Maintenance is not even worth contacting because whatever they “fix” is done with no professional skill whatsoever, plus the ...supervisor is not a friendly person. No community events. The apartments are decently sized and shaped, and that’s really the only positives about this place. I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can find a nicer place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 30, 2015Huge units. Grounds are well maintained. Great amenities (pool, gym, laundry rooms). Gated property. Staff are very nice and helpful for any problems and/or questions you may have. A safe, quality place to live.
September 23, 2015Living at Del Amo has been very pleasant. My place is very clean, brand new carpets and all that good stuff. The maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to respond. They hold special events for residents that include free good food and barbques. My neighbors are wonderful. Only real downside is that there is no guest parking. Guests have to park on a side street about a block away.Review from Apartments.com
All the basics; clean, safe, etc
August 15, 2015I've lived here at Del Amo apartments for almost a year now and I don't have any complaints. The place is clean and well maintained. Maintenance always shows up within a reasonable time after a work order is called in, but you have to call. When I request the order online, it takes them longer. I guess they don't check it very often. I have found a couple weird bugs here and there but I've never seen a single roach. the parking lot is gated, although there are some assigned spots in front of the ...gate. Management is professional and friendly. This place is pet friendly and many residents take advantage of that. This might be something to consider if you love/hate/are allergic to animals. This complex is also family friendly. They have a nice playground and good-sized swimming pool. Over-all, a descent place for a descent price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
