Good location, but management leaves a lot to be desired
January 16, 2026Pros: - Good location, walkable to two different shopping complexes - Decent sized units Cons: -Dog poop and pee all around the property, so the grounds constantly smell. -Ongoing issues with dog poop and pee inside the building, especially in the carpeted stairwells and the elevator. -There’s only one groundskeeper responsible for the entire complex (all 6 buildings), which is a massive job. As a result, cleanups take a long time or feel rushed. -Dogs that bark for hours uninterrupted ...-Remodeled units get the full “landlord special.” Paint slapped over everything—door hinges, aluminum window trim, nails, screws, even hair on the walls. Sawdust left in newly installed drawers. Shower pan installed poorly and leaks water onto the floor. Large gaps between the counters and the oven. -We dealt with hot water issues for months (water barely getting warm). Other residents have confirmed this has been a recurring problem for over 10 years. -Cheap single-pane windows that don’t keep humidity out or heat in, creating ideal conditions for mold. Management didn’t properly address this, which led to damage to personal property I found dealing with corporate, when it came time to renew, quite a poor experience. The people I spoke to didn't seem to care at all, there was a tone of smug condescension and an attitude of "Take it or leave it, nothing we can do, it's the algorithm",Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Mediocre at best
January 27, 2025I give this a second star for location only. I've lived in this complex for almost three years. We moved here because of location and proximity to our daughters' school at a time during covid when there we hardly no vacancies anywhere. During our time here we've encountered the following: -Unbelievable noise with garbage trucks at 7am multiple days per week (over 75db ive measured) -Constant construction noise from endless remodellng -Construction workers roaming halls -No security cams at ...complex in garages, nor common areas yet they offer Airbnb of their units?? -One EV charger per building (it's 2025) -Fitness center with broken and poorly maintained equipment -Dog urine in elevators almost daily For what this company charges for rent there should be so much more responsible management and tangible value.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

She was patient, helpful, and articulate in explaining the leasing terms and conditions of the apartment. Most importantly, she would address your concerns that you may have regarding your application either via email or phone in a timely manner.
