Work is rarely completed in a timely manner. False completions are put into the system. I got my apartment incomplete, a closet door was missing. The bathroom had two leaks and the the ceiling shower has a leak. It looks like it’s growing mold. Maintenance is loud when doing their job, when renovating an apartment there is trash and old utilities left outside for days. The trash is flooded. There is wasps. There is dog poo in the side walks that never gets picked up. They never ...answer the phone, you have to physically go to the office and tell them several times to fix something.
