June 15, 2022Do not listen to the few negative reviews, definitely not the case! I have live at the property for the last 5 years and I can guarantee you these concerns have never happened! Samantha the property manager is by far the best manager I have ever had! She goes above and beyond and really makes the property feel like home! Mold
April 14, 2021Really regret renting an apt on this property the roof leaks so bad I watched the water leak out the window frame. Which caused mold to grow on just about every window even a spot on the wall, they know this is a problem can't believe this building is still open. I would give it less than one star review if I could stay away from this property!!!!!!!Property Manager Responded

Great location and property!
June 13, 2019We had heard and read so many great things and then we found 1 negative review! We decided to schedule a showing anyway! We are so glad that we did! We absolutely love the location! It’s quiet but so close to everything we enjoy! We were informed that a building had a small fire from a bad storm. However the management handled it so well! We also did mention the other concerns people had about possible mold or unsafe/non working electrical due to having a child that would be here and all were ...assured that was never an issue! We instantly fell in love with the property, the apartments were so clean and well taken care of! Maintenance has been so great if we have had any issues! They were resolved in a timely manner! The manager is always available and quick to respond! We appreciated that so much! I don’t know how she does her job so well dealing with so many different people! I definitely couldn’t do it! But we respect her for all her hard work! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great property to rent!Property Manager Responded

Don't
September 17, 2018Don't let a pretty face fool you, in two ways. Yes it is in a good location, and yes the current property manager may be pretty charming before you rent. Trust me when I say this I regret living here so many issues. Perhaps the biggest one is the manger she puts on act to be charming but once you move in it flips to a more demeaning attitude where she talks down to you. But wait there's more, the property sure it may look good and you may believe it for a while. However, there's mold in the ...basements, leaky gutters, flooding sidewalks, unsafe and nonfunctional electrical work. Not to mention one of the building was shut down and condemned for about four months in which the tenants had to be displaced. Maintence is friendly but the fail to produce and results anything I had fixed by them poceded to have issues a week or less later. Fees, I hope you like fees cause they love to apply them here for every little thing. So I suppose if your okay with all this I'd say yea it's a decent price at first. But in my honest opinion and experiences I would take a hard pass if I could go back knowing what I know.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
