Lived here for almost 2 years and had absolutely no issues. Building 24 has amazing neighbours - no stolen packages, people actually bring them in or up to your door. Maintenance and the front office are always quick to answer any questions. Gated community is great for your insurance rates too. Only moved out as I relocated for my job, but would highly recommend!!
