You’ll probably regret it
September 26, 2024The garage door and elevator are always broken, garage door is always up, maintenance just marks your work orders complete and doesn’t do anything, the trash chute is always backed up with bags of trash all over the floor, they repainted lines in the garage and threatened to tow vehicles in the way but can’t complete a work order, the first floor smells of cigarettes, dog pee, and trash, management will voice like they care but they don’t, the peloton has been broken for at least three years and ...the club house has been temporarily closed for at least three years. If you use the gym, take a baggie for your phone and keys to be on the running machines because those trays and cup holders are gross.Property Manager Responded

June 4, 2018I've been living here for six months now and the management and leasing office staff are great. Kayla and Jackie are awesome and make sure that any issues that I have with my apartment gets resolved.
