I have been living here for several months and I absolutely love living here!! The property is meticulously maintained. The neighbors are very friendly, and the views are simply spectacular. What’s not to love?!! management has been amazing very helpful. Abe and Mario in the office are always so polite and helpful. The maintenance crew are so nice and respectful. They work tirelessly to keep this property running smoothly and looking fabulous!! The area is beautiful and so fun I love walking ...

Highly recommend living here at Delaview! Moved in May… my first time renting and Abe has been kind and has made the process easy for me. You can’t beat the view you get from your large balcony. The property is quiet, well maintained, and the people are nice. See maintenance here basically everyday and the landscaping people are here every week specifically during the summer.

I have a beautiful river view at Delaview and a generously sized, brick-walled patio. It's an easy walk to the Bristol Wharf and the shops and restaurants on Mill St.

I've been renting here almost two years now. Any maintenance issues that pop up are responded to promptly. The property is maintained. Apartment had new appliances and been renovated before I moved in. Happy with my experience and would recommend to others.

We've been here for a few years now and never had a problem. Bristol is a wonderful little town and Delaview is a beautiful 10 min walk to the heart of it. The apartment was nicely renovated when we moved in, and Abe and Marco have been very responsive to any issues that have arisen. Highly recommend!

First off, Abe and the rest of the team at Delaview kept the place tidy and up to date on all parts of the property. Also they were on top of any maintenance needs that would be taken care of before I would even get home from work. Quiet location and good neighbors.
Also within walking distance is Bristol's main street with plenty of restaurants and stores to visit. Combined with the many area to walk around safely was always pleasant with a nice view of the river.

Delaview is a great community on the river with spectacular view right from your balcony. Excellent location in the borough with friendly neighbors, this apartment will always get a recommendation from me. Management and maintenance respond quickly and maintain the common grounds and parking lot all year, all weather. I very much enjoyed the time I've lived here.
