Professional Staff, Comfortable and Quiet Apartments

I needed a apartment while pursuing a doctorate. I am very glad to have found Delbrook Manor. Bridget and Aferdita are professional and polite managers who go above and beyond. Convenient and well maintained amenities. Centrally located without being chaotic. It was an excellent place to live (and do schoolwork!).

Delbrook has really good maintenance staff, they fix things quickly, and well. I got an upgraded apartment and I love the new look dark cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, and nice light fixtures. They have a nice layout and are clean and comfy! I wish they didn't get rid of the Garbage disposals though :(
I do think they are a little over priced, the Mechanicsburg area is kind of expensive, so it might be a competitive price. Delbrook is in the perfect location, it is easy to get to ...
Harrisburg, and the Carlisle pike, (where all the stores are). It's just a short drive to Planet Fitness and a movie theater, and only a short walk to bowling if you're into that.
You might notice it's hard to get out of Delbrook because Trindle road has a lot of traffic but Delbrook is in a very central location and close to many things so I don't think its that big of an issue.
I like the outside space they have, I wish there were picnic tables around the whole complex, but they do have a pool and playground/basketball court. Delbrook is a nice place to live.

I currently live in delbrook manor apartments in mechanicsburg pa. I love that the apartment is a spacious 895 sq. Ft 2 bedroom that includes a washer/dryer in each unit, as well as a dishwasher. They always respond readily to any maintenance complaints and the maintenence staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Pets are allowed at an additional cost, but having the option is nice. Rent includes water sewage and trash, and there is a community pool. I give it 4 stars out of 5 because they only ...
give you 1 assigned parking space per unit and the guest spots become overflow parking which can get crowded quickly. Otherwise it has been a great first apartment and I would recommend it to anyone in the mechanicsburg/camphill area

This apartment is nice and pet friendly, but I feel it may be a tad overpriced for a one bedroom. Maybe I'm just cheap.
The outdoor grassy areas are nice and spacious to walk my dog. I wish they would add some benches or picnic tables to make it more comfortable for sitting outside. Lastly, each apartment does have their own full-sized washer and dryer, which definitely rules!

My husband and I were both pastors, and so all of our married lives we lived in Church parsonages. My husband died very suddenly and unexpectedly in 2009. The end of 2013, I retired but did not have any home of my own and not enough money to buy a home of my own. I went looking for apartments, and I finally find one at Delbrook Manor Apartments in Mechanicsburg, PA. The apartment is very nice, well-kept, and even contains my own full-size washer and dryer right in my apartment. We also,each ...
have our own dish washer. The most important things to me, however, are how well lighted the outside area is. I feel totally safe to take my dog outside late at night and early morning. The office staff and the maintenance staff are also very kind, respectful, and courteous. Whenever you have a repair that needs done, it is taken care of very quickly. I love my new home, and the only thing that would make it better would be to have my husband still alive and with me. The staff also does several appreciation parties and picnics for the residents! The staff treats us like we are special people to them.

Delbrook Manor is a very close to all shopping needs. Set back from major roads. The apartments are roomy and practical. The office staff are very friendly and goes above and beyond of making my stay here very comfortable. Maintenance is quick to address any issues and are very polite and respectful. The amenities that I enjoy are the pool and washer and dryer inside the apartment. I really enjoy the events that the staff has for the residents, summer cook outs, garden and holiday contests and ...
