September 13, 2024I have lived here for over 4yrs and never had an issue with getting things repaired. I have lived here 4yrs the only thing I have had rep[aced is the dishwasher. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful when needed. The Staff was there for me when my wife passed away, what other apartment management would do that for you. They even worked we me when I had a financial issue. I would extremely recommend Della Vita Apartments to anyone that wants a friendly and family place to live.Review from Apartments.com

Great Place to call home
July 25, 2019If your looking for a great place to live this may be it!! Oh goodness, I`m not even sure where to begin. Let me start with, The staff, at the complex they will always seems to go above and beyond in helping you with any issues that may arise or any questions, I recently moved in and am very happy with the application process along with the apartment it self. When moving in the complex, the staff made sure everything was in Topsy condition. I`d like to mention that i have a one bed one bath and ...the size of the apartment is a pretty big in size with washer and dryer in the unit as well as a pretty big kitchen. Very quite place everyone is very friendly you you actually know Who your neighbors are not like other apartments we lived in .
