The floor noises is excruciating

Who want to live in an apartment that is never quite? The floorboards noise is very distracting. You can't find no peace as you’re trying to sleep or just relax in your apartment. It's a nightmare! t's NEVER quite here. You can constantly here their every move, every conversation, their TV, from all of your neighbors from the same building, literally.

I loved living there and if it weren't for health reasons I still would be! As soon as I'm better I'm moving back!! I can't say enough how wonderful Wilma, the manager there is and all of the maintenance people. I was used to waiting at least 1 day so when I called and had him at my door in 2 hours that was unbelievable! That was how it was with any questions or needs. I look forward to getting the OK from my Dr move back!
VERY EXPENSIVE DELTA APTS ! RUDE MANAGEMENT ! HIDDEN CHARGES INVOLVED ! NO GYM ! NO SWIMMING POOL ! NO PLAYGROUND ! DO NOT RENT HERE !!!

I would be more than happy to give 0 points or 0 stars to Delta Garden Apartments. I lived there with family for one complete lease agreement signed between us and Delta Apt management but still they didn't knew us. Infact they are only money sucker interested in only money , they don't understand the relationship between tenant and landlord. This is the worst place to live in with family.
Moreover the rents are unreasonably very high considering the fact that there is NO GYM , NO SWIMMING POOL , ...
NO PLAY AREAS for kids. The office management lady 'Wilma' is very rude in behavior, never willing to understand the tenant's problem and help. One more thing they will never tell you about some hidden charges till the time you will sign the lease and deduct the amount from Security deposit refund. I really don't understand why they are charging carpet cleaning cost from tenant who is paying high rent. We lived in USA in many states on rent in different apartment communities but they never charged such hidden cost. After all we are paying every month very high rent to use the carpet. We cannot stand and sit on the air inside the carpeted apartment. Please DO NOT choose Delta Apartments in Amherst 14226 even as your last option
