Near impossible to contact management
September 30, 2024The complex is ok, until you need to contact management. They don't answer their phone, they don't call back if you leave a voicemail, they don't reply to emails or update you on maintenance requests. I tried to physically go to the office, they weren't there and there's no real "return time" posted. I had to reach out to the corporate office just to get a response from someone, and even then it's only the corporate office talking to me - not our property manager.Review from Apartments.com
I WISH I KNEW
August 18, 2022Going on day 10 of our air conditioner being out in August. My husband and I were given a portable unit to at least keep our bedroom cool, as it’s getting to 80+ degrees in our apartment, and now we’re being told we can’t use it because IT IS BROKEN TOO and leaking into the apartment below us. Vehicles get broken into constantly, as I found out after mine and several residents had things stolen from their car, this has been going on for years(which I found out through neighbors). Pool is open for ...anyone to use because there is no key system and kids use it almost everyday without adults. If you don’t have an in-unit washing machine, I hope you have a laundromat that you like or a friend with a washing machine because…GUESS WHAT? The machines are broken often too! The washer and dryer machines are also very expensive, when they work. You have to pay $5 for a card to access the washer and dryer and then load money on to said card, with each wash and dry cycle coming in at about $1.50.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don’t give them your money
October 31, 2021For one a hold fee was paid that was unrefundable after 24hrs which is fine except the apartment that we paid a hold fee for was never actually available. So they then gave me a two options to choose from one being the one we chose was 300$ more because it was “updated” meaning they put a vinyl sticker on the floor new cabinets and new appliances. Which understandable we get a updated place we have to pay more except when I walked in to get the keys and do final signing (after having my move in ...date moved 3 more times) I walked in to find a park of the vinyl sticker was missing from a section of the floor and I could see a plywood floor. Along with that a piece of the wall had fallen off the wall. Also the whole place was patch painted with a different color then the rest of the wall meaning in there “renovations” they couldn’t even put a fresh coat of paint on. Furthermore, there were still pretty decent size holes in the wall all around. Also I realized I was lied to when they said there was going to be a washer and dryer in the unit and there wasn’t. They tried saying well there is one right next to your apartment in the same building meaning I would have to pay for my laundry costing me more along with the 300 more in rent I was paying. Also I could feel cold air coming through the sliding door very bad to the point you can tell it wasn’t sealed properly. This was all before even moving in I can’t imagine what it’d be like once they had me moved in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
