WARNING AVOID THIS (IF POSSIBLE)

I want to say poor reviews out power the good of some places, but this isn’t a review that I will say is a vent, it’s a warning for future tenants. What I will start out saying is this place looks Cozy and nice when touring and you will have a really solid tour maybe a really good friendly interaction with the apartment manager. This place moved in IMMEDIATELY issues the apartment (which hearing is VERY VERY Common) doesn’t prepare the place for new tenants it’s like a quick sweep of the place ...
and general look and it’s all good it’s live able… night one ISSUES with electric then the nightmare continues with CONSTANT issues with structure (electric, hinges, doors, and a grocery list of issues) Neighbors with EXCESSIVE Noise issues reported constantly due to severe noises at all hours including nighttime. When people say they left the place cleaner than arrived TRUST it’s true when deep cleaning the kitchen TONS of dust and food and things behind the stove and places not remotely related to myself. Bugs like ladybugs excessive ants and large type flies, stink bugs, and more were common. The management does nothing, maintenance was told by corporate no requests unless emergency only so minor issues just get canceled and overlooked. Property is poor with salting or taking care of essential issues in the winter, a large bucket of salt left in the corner of doorways to use yourselves to salt. Issues left and right tenants leaving notes on doors of the building with threatening comments. Packages stolen (in the building). The place is a joke and a nightmare don’t try. If you need something desperately this is tolerable. If you are only doing it and have many other options back away quick and don’t look backwards you will regret a lease this isn’t the only review of these issues.
