About Dempsey Housing Community
Due to the Coronavirus, please know that the well-being of our associates and residents is our number one priority. In light of the recent CDC recommendations and government orders, we are taking precautions to optimize safety for everyone. If we have a model or vacant apartment available to show, we will gladly provide a VIRTUAL TOUR of our community by appointment using FaceTime or Skype. Please contact our community associates directly for the best way to view our community today! Dempsey Housing is an income based Section 8 Affordable property where all rents and deposits are based on income. We currently have a short waiting list but we are accepting applications on all sizes. Vacant units are being prepared for leasing. We have 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom units on the property. Eight of the 1 bedroom units on the site are accessible and reasonable accommodations/modifications can be made to other units upon approval. Water and trash service are included with the rent. We have free parking near the units and an on site laundry facility. All units have central heating and cooling with stove and refrigerator provided. The application and screening process are free. Please call us for more information or come by the office today to pick up your application. Our business hours are Mon.-Fri. 9:00AM-5:00PM (closed for lunch 12:00PM-1:00PM).
