Filthy neighborhood, foul smelling building.
October 17, 2022I had an appointment to view an apartment today. When I opened the door to approach the management unit, I was hit with a stench that was so foul I simply the extra around and left. Springfield’s apartment management as well as the owners really need to step up their game. Quality tenants won’t tolerate filth.Review from Apartments.com
Wonderful Place to Live!
August 18, 2018My 2-bedroom apartment in Denison Place was my first apartment. My neighbors have been quiet and friendly, the maintenance staff are quick to respond to your call, and they allow cats! They neighborhood is absolutely lovely, and there is a great diversity of tenants (nice, considering the unfortunate trend of housing segregation in our country has). The rent is also extremely reasonable! I don't have any complaints about my time here except, while they do have coin-operated laundry in the ...basement, it would be nice if they had washer/dryer hookups in the apartment. August 13, 2015As soon as you drive up to the apartments your mind blown by how beautiful and quiet the area is! The living room is very spacious! Kitchen is also big with a a serving window. And they are pet friendly!!Review from Apartments.com
