Nasty
September 29, 2025We were taken over about a month ago by a new company. It hasn't been the best. I really miss the old management we had but I've lived with it. I left a week ago on a trip. I got home today. It is so disgusting, nasty, dirty smells like dog, garbage and urine in the hallways. I just can't believe it. This is just disgusting. Some of the tenants told me no management, nor cleaning crew has been here since I left. Their maintenance, man Jeff is really, really nice. I've met nobody else. No one ...is ever in that office. I never see cleaning staff. This is just out of control went from a beautiful clean wonderful building to this. DO NOT APPLY
April 25, 20222 weeks ago I applied and got told I make too much for an apartment. The next day I got $1200 taken out of my account for a down payment on the apartment I applied for. I got told I will receive a check in the mail. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back. Corporate office won't help me I just get transferred to the apartment complex. WHICH btw they have temporary office hours of ONLY Tuesdays and Thursdays.Review from Apartments.com
Expectations Exceeded
July 2, 2020I have called Depot on Main home for 7+ months and it has far exceeded my expectations of what apartment life would be like! All of the staff take great care of the facilities and the residents that call this home. Our landlord is always friendly and willing to help however she can to make Depot on Main feel like home to all of her residents; you will not be an apartment number here you will be a member of a beautiful community. Our landlord is easy to get a hold of and she always addresses ...questions and concerns in a fast and efficient matter. The apartments are bright & spacious with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large windows, and full-sized washer/dryer. There are so many lovely amenities at Depot on Main including community room for group/family gatherings, spacious patio, heated underground parking, package lockers, state of the art exercise room, and beautiful lounges throughout.
