My bedroom is large

The bedroom fits a king size bed. I can have my dresser in there, too. The closets are big. The windows are new and I get a lot of light in my home this way. Those are some nice features that I have that I didn't see listed on the other reviews so I wanted to mention that.

The office staff is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to work requests. This property is always so clean and seems to be well kept. The location is so close to everything from shopping to restaurants. What more could you ask for?

The neighbors have been very nice. Seems like a lot of people here have lived here a very long time. I met quite a few friendly neighbors that say they have lived here over 10 years.
The apartment is pretty and feels like home. I think I am getting a good value because it is cheap enough for me to be able to save to buy a house in the next couple of years which is my goal.
New windows have helped me save on utilities. Very bright at night which I like. Big bedrooms and living room. I like ...
that the police station is diagonally across the street.
The office cleaned my carpets for me and that was really nice.
I recommend Derby Run Apartments.

A maintenance man went above and beyond wha I would've expected them to do. After the recent snow here, he came over and wiped the snow off my car windows so I could leave. He was very pleasant. I am glad to know I live somewhere that is maintained by caring people.

I recently renewed my lease for 18 months here. I wouldn't have considered my unit to be outdated, but they are still doing some nice things that I appreciate to the apartments. We are getting new windows this coming month (and he whole property is over the next couple months. This makes me so happy and I can see that they continually do things to keep this place going up and nice and livable.
