The location is excellent, offering quick access to eateries, retail establishments, and public transportation. May 23, 2025The complex is alright but when it comes to fixing things that need to be fixed, they do not care. It takes them between two to three days to come out to fix and it’s not done right. My AC has been having problems for a few months. It’s been reading five degrees hi go r than the set temp. Someone came out today to “fix” it and it’s still not reading correctly. It’s the summer and it gets really hot. They replaced the thermostat but it’s still reading five degrees higher than the set temp. It’s ...ridiculous I pay too much money to live here for them to not properly fix things. Not I’m suffering and they do not care. My room is extremely hot and I have trouble sleeping. That makes the next day miserable because I did not get a good nights sleep because it’s beyond hot in the room. Also, they are notorious for not answering the phones. When you have a quick question, you would want to call but they do not answer so you have to go up to the office just to ask. This is ridiculous as well.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2025I've lived on property for over 5 years now and I've enjoyed it, I haven't had too many issues aside from the normal ones that arise when living in a complex. I don't mind recommending others rent here. I do hope that the pool will finally be open this summer as it was closed all last summer.Property Manager Responded
