The neighbors at Desert Club are very generous. They share their cigar smoke, their cigarette smoke, their marijuana smoke, and their Dog poop.
This Makes it very difficult to enjoy your domain when it’s being infiltrated with different types of smoke, which is known to be toxic, especially secondhand smoke.
Also, DC
Needs to Quit using glyphosate on their grass because it’s dangerous and even when it dries particles of it blow around and our dogs walk on it. It’s basically just weed killer.

Everything about this place is awful. The interior is disgusting and smells bad. The neighbors and management are awful- rude- ignorant. I pray I can go back in time and never sign this lease. Do yourself a favor and go look elsewhere

The Office staff and Maintenance staff are awesome. They always provide excellent service.
I've noticed over the years that patio rules are not enforced thus making our community less attractive.

The apartment location is close to my work. I also like the location to my gym. People are nice and the staff is great. Maintenance get completed using in the same day you call.

Desert Club has everything you would need! It’s clean and maintenance is amazing! The only downside is some of the newer residents that don’t clean up after their dogs or create a ton of late night noise. Highly recommend living here!!

Great staff, great amenities, great living. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the cost. The maintenance service especially is very good, very on top of things. Could do a better job of keeping the complex clean, but overall I love living here!

Everything has been amazing since the day I moved in. No complaints. The apartments have been remodeled beautifully. They had me at slow close cabinets. So spacious and lots of storage. Moved in back in April and it’s been amazing. I also love that the pool is salt water!
