My A/C went out over the holiday week-end; Because I was in an out the apt most of the week-end it was no biggie; Late Fri, I sent management a note asking to be a priority on Mon morning when the office re-opened. Kim, who seems to work 24/7 immediately dispatched maintenance to check out the unit and when it couldn't be repaired immeditetly had a portable A/C brought over which was almost as effective as central air.
