This place is a dump. Takes forever to get things done and the owner has raised the rent $100 just about every 6 months the past few years. Find somewhere else. This place is just here to extract more and more money from the residents

I’ve lived here since Jan 2016. I first started out in a 3 bedroom and at first management was horrible and we couldn’t keep maintenance people around. Finally after a couple years we have better management and better maintenance! They are slowly renovating all the units and Ann is the best landlady I’ve ever had the pleasure of having! She’s made this a safe complex for our kids and for us hard working families.

I lived here for a little over 4 years and just moved due to needing a bigger space for my family. I am truly going to miss not only the tenants there whom have become great friends but im going to miss the manager as well. My kids as well have loved it here, very safe environment for kids and its great how all the kids get along and play together. Small town, few choices

These apartments are a little tight, but they are all based on ground level. You may have next door neighbors but nobody upstairs banging around. Larger units have bedrooms upstairs and living space on the ground floor. The manager is good and is available after 2 pm most days. There is a swimming pool on the premises. There is playground equipment in the central area for the kids. The basketball court only has a good hoop at one end. (The one at other end is broken.) The owners do not put ...
much into exterior maintenance. No screens on windows, old cables overrunning the eaves. The drive and parking areas are terrible. So many huge chunks of asphalt missing that a dirt road would be an improvement. The insides of the units are better than the outsides. You don't have many choices if you want to rent in Florence. This place is open to all, no income restrictions.

i cant get any thing fixed some 1 parked in my spot for 2 weeks cant get any thing done about it but if i park in some 1 else s parking spot i get reprimanded the next day there is a gas thief here people aren't to friendly people messing with the cars if u come here and have a car don't sleep every day wake up with new dents or scratches

First of all they say there is a playground, where I'm not sure unless they are talking about a park that quite a long work for children. There say there is a community pool, not at the apartments but down the street for the whole town. Every drug dealer in the area lives there. There is dog poo everywhere and if you don't own a dog, too bad, you have dog poo anyway. The apartments themselves are in terrible shape and if there has been repairs, they have been very shoddy to say the least. I ...
wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. There was a fire a long while ago and the remains are still there making what is left look even worse. What isn't said in this ad is that the front entrance opens to the kitchen and the living room is in the back of the apartment. It also seems that the "manager" hangs out one of the drug dealers apartments. Awful place.

  Under new management/ownership, the play ground has been removed but there is a park and public pool within 1 block from the complex. We do have a pool on site. The roads have been repaired. All of these comments may have been true at one time but are a thing of the past now. We have a quite community with plenty of children. Yes the buildings are old but the manager is caring and on tp of repairs.
