Bad place, roaches everywhere!
June 11, 2018Bad place, infested with roaches. We ran away from this place. Our apartment was one of renovated units with new appliances and cabinets, but unfortunately the pest was too bad since day 1. We reported the issue to the management and they went to spray, maybe water with sugar, because it didn't controlled the pest. Please be aware because we all deserve a better place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Sun Valley Apartments
August 14, 2015Sun Valley Apartments is a nice, quiet pet-friendly complex surrounded by tall, beautiful lush trees. The landlord is nice and congenial, and always willing to help and hear one's concerns. There is an onsite laundromat that is open 24 hours; there's a pool for those looking to escape the desert heat for a while, and a spa for those who just want to relax in the rejuvenating warmth after a long day.
