The management has always been honest with me from day one. Tells you straight. Always with a respectful response. My son has a disability and the neighbors and staff are kind. Always makes you feel good Also must say the grounds are always well kept. Rob and his maintenance team are always on top of work orders and the needs of the residents. August 1, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comLeaf blowing on sat morning. Grounds were green, green, green 3 yrs ago. It seems the sprinklers are on a lot, I have to dodge them to keep from getting sprayed, walking on the sidewalk. And yet the grass is mostly brown and sparse nowadays. Something changed. Rent goes up every year, care stagnates or declines, particularly grounds-keeping and maintenance. The AC is inefficient, cycling often, dripping, dirty coil? The bill is almost double from 2 years ago. They say there's nothing wrong with ...it. The maintenance dept could probably use an overhaul. Decent neighbors. okay neighborhood, good food and and 2 convenience stores nearby, mostly older, quiet residents. Some immature tenants (not necessarily young), but we coud find them anywhere. Overall, decent and average.Read More
