Leaf blowing on sat morning. Grounds were green, green, green 3 yrs ago. It seems the sprinklers are on a lot, I have to dodge them to keep from getting sprayed, walking on the sidewalk. And yet the grass is mostly brown and sparse nowadays. Something changed. Rent goes up every year, care stagnates or declines, particularly grounds-keeping and maintenance. The AC is inefficient, cycling often, dripping, dirty coil? The bill is almost double from 2 years ago. They say there's nothing wrong with ...
it. The maintenance dept could probably use an overhaul. Decent neighbors. okay neighborhood, good food and and 2 convenience stores nearby, mostly older, quiet residents. Some immature tenants (not necessarily young), but we coud find them anywhere. Overall, decent and average.
