The only reason why I am not renewing my lease is because of affordability, but other than that, it has been a wonderful experience!

I absolutely love it here , first of all it’s homey .. the neighbors are really nice ! The apartment it’s self is nice and spacious .. Destiny has been so helpful.. anytime I call the office for anything she makes sure it gets done , fixed , & solved .. I’m near my job & my school I have no complaints literally ..

This place is the perfect place for those who have kids in high school. It's not a far distance to walk to schools. The maintenance staff stays on top of everything. The staff in the front office is very flexible when comes to the day you need to pay your rent. The front office is always clean and fresh. It has a welcoming feel to it.

I've been in the Desert Vista apartments for a few months now and don't have a single complaint. Maintenance responds within a day to a request or question, the office manager is extremely helpful, they are very animal friendly, and rent is affordable. The buildings are only about 11 years old and it is a smaller community which I like. It's a very quiet community and I have friends in nearby apartments that have some issues and I feel lucky to be so happy here!

The moment after the tour of apartment and complex my best friend and I knew that we wanted to sign the lease. We came back that afternoon with deposit and necessary paperwork in hand. The process was quick and easy. The entire complex always smells of fresh flowers and is never dirty. It is a small complex so it is easy to drive through and not get lost. There is hardly any noise and all the people are very friendly. Very family and pet friendly. My roommate and I have been here going on two ...
years. We are truly happy we picked these as our place to live. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking.

Apartment home and it's mine all mine. Close to work and yet no yard work. Shopping, dining and entertainment all near by what else can you ask for. Worry free living with a pool and rec room for entertaining. Managers and mainteness are the best, there to help with all your requests. Pet friendly and friendly neighbors. Pretty perfect place to live.
