Please if u have family and u love them don't move here!!!!! I just move before 3 weeks and is my worse decision I do!!! is infested in rats all over the place garbage bags from everywhere and ofcourse you have cats eating from there!!! is just worse not professional at all ...we keep complain to the office and they just dont do nothing....they send pest control and still rats,rats,rats,rats,rats !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not waste your money especially time. This place is the worst apartments I have ever live in. At first they show you this amazing apartments you go ahead and sign your lease agreement. Then you go to move in your apartment and it is nothing like what they showed you. All of these apartments are old and run down. They only thing these people did to this property was but some white paint on the walls and add carpet to the floors this place had all different type of insects like a roaches rides ...
Moss I even had a raccoon one time come in through my window. You pay all of this money to get a whole in the wall trust me don't rent here there is a reason why these apartments are always for rent no one stay pass a year.

It good if you have an issue with sharing your apartment with nature. The apartments are full of roaches/ termites and the pest control program is almost none existent ! Lack of maintenance or follow up is obvious throughout. Nothing works in the gym ! And all the locals utilize the pool at the weekends.

I been living here for 3 long years and after everything i had deal with i think its time for an honest review.
Price: Not terrible considering what others are charging in the area BUT they raise it every single year by $100 to $200 bucks (NOT WORTH IT AT ALL)
Quality of service: Worst i seen. There's a bunch of liars, nasty attitude & unhelpful staff. The manager is the only soft spoken but that doesn't even mean you can trust what he says. The security guards themselves will tell you they ...
can't help you with a nasty attitude even if you just want to ask a question about something that's going on in the community.
Maintenance: TERRIBLE. The whole time i been here they refuse to give me a better AC every though mine doesn't cool the place down. They come and "fix things" and it breaks 2 weeks later so they decide not to come again.
Deposit: DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRAP (that's all i have to say about that)
Managers: Don't return phone calls, lie about being on brake, that kind of scenario.
Long story short, look somewhere else. The community might seem nice and clean when you first come to check it out but that's how they get everyone. There's enough places out there that will give you better quality for some more money with great staff and maintenance to actually take care of you. Hope this helps.

The community is a little run down but as long as they keep the rents the same its worth the value you pay for the location and size of apartment. They are some major issues with termites in the apartments each year, and maintenance is an area that needs major improvement both on a timelines to more preventative work being done on the aging apartments. Unfortunately they use very low cost materials for flooring etc and they don't last.

In the heart of Miami's Design District with multiple restaurants and both discount and high end shopping within walking distance. Easy access to all major roads and highways and Miami Transit, yet quiet and removed with 24 hour patroling security and gated entrances.
Beautiful, large pool with spa, as well as modern exercise room and small poolside restaurant as well as great outside spaces. Well maintained and landscaped.
Minutes from down town Miami, Miami International Airport, South Beach, ...
Brickell and Miami's Health District.
Both mangement and leasing office on property with 24 hour maintainance.

Ichise this place browsjng the internet and Apartments.com was very helpful to start my search.
I needed a pet friendly place with 2 bedrolms and plenty of sunlight ,safe and with a gym and a swimming pool, also in a closed safe community.
The description led me to call the leasing office and the agent that was in charge of my case helped me to choose the right apartment.
During the whole process I felt helped and did not need to contact a realtor because all was done between me and Diana the ...
wonderful lease agent that helped me at the D Place.
Fee details were needed to fix at the time we signed and were moving but i am very happy living in this secure and easy going community.
I walk my dog several times a day and I can see the staff taking care of all around.
I highly recommend this place!
