don’t live here if you want quiet and like rules
April 11, 2025I’m changing my review because honestly at first when we moved in everything was great! But time past and we do not love it here anymore! They’re changing landlords every single month! When you call the lady doesn’t even know the answer to my question! Then they want to charge you for these two guys to come and pick up your trash like people are really that lazy they can’t take the trash to the trash themselves! We don’t even use that service they offer yet you still get charged for it! Then you ...have no rules here! They send out letters but they don’t even take no action! The guy next door to me was super loud with his loud music and smokes his weed every night! There is also people in the pool past 10 with their loud music! They have so many rules but don’t even do nothing about them! I wouldn’t recommend living here if you want peace and quiet and if you don’t like smelling weed every night! That’s why we moved out and left out of these apartments! Make sure to read reviews before living anywhere! Also they just allow anyone to live here! They don’t even ask for your pay stubs to show proof that you can afford it! They basically just ask you can you afford it and if you say yes they let you in!Property Manager Responded

Spend your money anywhere else!
July 5, 2023They are very friendly and accommodating when you are signing your lease but afterwards you realize why half of the units are empty. Office staff is a revolving door and they are not useful. Management is never in office and impossible to contact, property maintenance is poor, and pest control is a major issue. They are sneaky and try to take advantage of you to take any extra dollar they can. My wife and I can’t wait for our lease to end. Worst renting experience ever.Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT LIVE HERE
April 24, 2023My husband and I have been living here for about 5 months now... we have had to deal with an insane amount of gnats and horrible communication from the apartments on this issue. We have had to go to the office several times because nothing has changed, gnats are everywhere... We have had to throw away food, drinks, buy chemicals, and we are only losing money the entire time! I provided pictures so you can see how BAD and GROSS it has been here. I would never recommend anyone to live here... We ...have asked the apartments for compensation for all the money we have spent and they did not respond... They have had pest control come but each time there is horrible communication, they don't even know what to do... April 30, 2022The manager at this complex is rude and condescending. GVA management needs to take a good hard look at replacing her. I could not get good rest or sleep due to the loud surroundings. April 30, 2022Absolutely the worst living experience in my life. The management at this location is very unfriendly and condescending. They will request to come into your apartment for monthly filter changes and additional needs. Place is the bottom of pit with loud partying at night.
