Management is horrible
May 20, 2025The Property Manager is incredibly disrespectful and rude to tenants. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and have had nothing but negative experiences with Ronji, the PM. My neighbors and I have compared stories and she is very unprofessional to everyone. They do not enforce the noise ordinance and many neighbors blast loud music late into the night. The parking is a disaster with not enough spaces for tenants vehicles and it’s a constant battle to find a spot if you have more than one vehicle. ...Emails are sent out last minute threatening to charge tenants high fees if they do not do what’s asked by management. September 7, 2020The maintenance has always been on top of it I will give them that. BUT whenever we moved out, we had left the place move in ready. They still found a way to charge us for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. Even after requesting pictures and not seeing what they could POSSIBLY be charging us for they just stopped responding.. February 2, 2019I love my new home with Devon Pointe. I went to school with Brittany she is very helpful and loving. If I have any problems anyone in the office will get on it. Their maintenance is very great also if you need things fix they will get on the job right away. I love these townhomes better then any other ones in goose creek.
