Each apartment offers a wide range of amenities and a garden style layout with a first floor unit and a second floor unit accessible by stairs; each with its own entry door. These airy one-bedroom apartments provide the perfect solution for comfortable senior living. Devon Woods offers seniors a two-story Garden style complex close to the many shopping, health care and dining offerings of Warwick, as well as the various community festivals that keep Warwick active throughout the year. If you have a festive personality, Warwick just might be the community for you. From the annual Applefest to the Summer Arts Festival and Hudson Valley Jazz Festival – not to mention a variety of other arts and music festivals – residents of Warwick’s distinctive hamlet enjoy frequent community activity as well as the peaceful atmosphere of the many small lakes and the Wallkill River National Wildlife Refuge, as well as close access to health services and St. Anthony’s Community Hospital. Individuals or households who meet the income and household size requirements may apply. Only qualified applicants will be eligible for apartments. Veterans receive a general preference for apartments. You will be invited to an interview to continue the process of confirming your eligibility. You will be asked to bring documents that verify your household size, the identity of the members of your household and your household income. Preferences for a percentage of units goes to applicants with mobility impairments, visual or hearing impairments, and Special Needs.
