Don't do it!
August 24, 2023You will regret it. Do not move here. I have been here a month and I wish I would have listened to the reviews. Maintenance is a joke. Moved in first day A.C. was not working with triple digits temps. Water was leaking from ceiling in bathroom. 24/7 emergency maintenance Lol yeah.. called for hours. Went to the office was told they would come by that day nope. Figured out how to fix it myself. They never came in the apartment and just left a notice the next day telling me my unit is new. Was ...not blowing air AT ALL. I HAD TO CLEAN UP THE MESS FROM THIER JUNK! The apartments have a serious roach problem. At least on the bright side you won't be lonely. As other reviews have stated they are super tow happy around here. The secure mail/package room lol I walked right in. Yeah like I wanna get my crap stolen from there. Gates are a hit and miss joke. No one knows their code or how to get in so there is always a traffic jam at the entrance. My oven has been broken over a week I submitted 4 requests..... Nothing. The leasing agent told me they are all working on AC calls. MUST BE NICE I COULDN'T GET ANYONE TO LOOK AT MINE. This place isn't super cheap either. The office is nice and the outside looks ok but it is just lipstick on a pig. Don't move here.Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2021My apartment was infested with roaches and there were rodents living in my ceiling. Management charged me $1700 for an "early termination" even though I paid rent every month right through the end of the lease. The pool and gym were closed to residents the entire time I lived there. On-site laundry facility useless and I had to go to a laundromat, the mail facility burned down, cables in my apartment did not work and I had to pay to have spectrum fix them. They charged ma a late fee when their ...resident portal stopped working and the auto-pay did not go through. It goes on and on. BLACK MOLD AND POSSUMS
June 10, 2021I am a current resident at Devon on Northgate and the treatment I am receiving by the staff is unacceptable. There was a leak under my unit that caused mold and required them to cut a hole my bedroom wall to fix. After repairing the leak they closed the maintenance request. They still have not come out to repair the hole or remove the mold. Due to them leaving a large hole in my wall, OPOSSUMS worked their way into my home yesterday. After an hour of trying to reach the property managers, I ...received a call back from the on-call agent who advised me that they could not assist. When I asked why the hole and mold issue were not resolved a month later, I was advised that due to the BLACK MOLD in my apartment it required special handling that took time. At no time has the property manager mentioned that there is black mold in my apartment. Best place to live
March 30, 2021This is the current apartment I am living in. The rooms are very nice and well equipped. The newly renovated rooms are excellent. The parking space is very wide. On customer service, I feel so comfortable dealing with a new lease or any maintenance service when I talk with Jessica (Jessi). She is so caring, well-composed, very friendly, nice, and straightforward while dealing with the customer. I have referred many friends to live in this apartment. Terrible place to live
December 5, 2020This apartment complex has major security issues and roach infestations. My vehicle and mailbox were broken into. The gates are left open and there are no cameras or security whatsoever. Have had plumbing issues that resulted in the loss of hot water for over a week. September 28, 2020Absolutely loved living at Eagle Crest when I moved here 5 years ago. That lasted about 2 years total. Maintenance does partial fixes; puts a bandage over problems. The 2 leading professionals are nice and do what they can to help you. The manager is MIA at all times; zero leadership there. I had a HUGE problem with my AC not working at all that put me out of my apartment for 4 weeks in the hottest month of the summer. I was given a portable AC unit that was supposed to keep my room cool. Entire ...apartment was boiling hot and humid. Room was slightly cooler and humid. UNBEARABLE. Manager didnt help until I pressed the issue and a leasing professionalism worked hard to help me out. I have major respect for the lady who helped me, Bernie.Property Manager Responded
