Nestled in the northwestern neighborhood of Toledo, just shy of the Michigan/ Ohio boarder, Devonshire Apartments offers an ideal setting for comfortable living. Our community is conveniently situated just blocks from major shopping markets like Kroger and Target, with a diverse selection of restaurants within a five-mile radius. Just 15 minutes from downtown Toledo. We offer attractive one- and two-bedroom apartments designed to be your perfect home. Built in 1968, with 3 stories the apartments on the upper levels have access to a private balcony to sit and relax and enjoy the greenery. The community comes with several benefits such as laundry facilities in each building, controlled access, green space, as well as rentable storage spaces. We offer onsite management and maintenance as well as after-hours emergency maintenance. Off street parking is available and there are plenty of spaces for guests that come to visit. The community is located in the Washington Local School district with bus stops in front of the community for all students that attend. All units and common areas (inside the buildings) are smoke free. Each apartment has been updated with newer appliances, new flooring, window treatments, and new fixtures and walk in showers in all 2-bedroom apartments. All appliances are supplied which include fridge, electric range and dishwasher. Each unit also is equipped with central air and heat.

They don't make repairs, there are boarded up windows, trashy parking lot, leaking ceilings, empty promises and flat out lies about when repairs will be made. Trust me...RUN!!!!

We have lived here for over five years. The current ownership and management is by far the most inept. The "controlled access" door to our building has been broken for a few months. We have called to have it fixed with no action as of yet. The garbage dumpsters are continuously full and overflowing with garbage piling up all around them! There was a time that I could recommend moving here, but that time has passed.
