I would overall rate Devonshire Apartments a 5 out of 5. There are 3 things that we have been extremely impressed by:
The maintenance and staff: The staff at Devonshire Apartments have assured us that they are just one phone call away. They strive to make the living space clean and up-to-date. They are constantly asking for our recommendations and how they can make our living environment better. The staff sends monthly news letters to keep us up-to-date with new changes and events that will be ...
taking place. The maintenance crew is AMAZING! If we call them, they answer will be knocking on our door shortly after. For example, last summer, our air conditioning went out on one of the hottest weeks on the year. The maintenance brought in not one, but TWO units for the entire time that we were without air to make sure we were comfortable. I have never felt as if we were an inconvenience to the staff or maintenance. They're always smiling when we see them! Zero complaints here.
The apartment itself: Our apartment is up-to-date, spacious, cozy, and in a perfect location with a view. Whenever we have guests over, they are continuously complimenting the living space. Our bedroom has two closets, perfect for him and I. There is so much storage space for holiday boxes and other miscellaneous items. We have a laundry room which is AMAZING because it makes it feel as if its a home and not just an apartment. Our kitchen is spacious with much cabinet space! We have room for many guests being that there is a living room and dining space. Our favorite part about the apartment is our lower-level deck that allows us to be in the yard. We also love the access to the pool in the summer months. It is always clean and its relatively big! If you cannot tell, WE LOVE IT HERE!
Location and neighbors: It is relatively quiet in our complex. However, our neighbors are so pleasant and welcoming every time we see them. We look out for each other whenever help is needed and they never hesitate to say hi whenever we see them. The location is PERFECT! We are right next to the local Golf Course and Bar and Grill that has many events throughout the year. We are right next to a child-friendly park with a playground, track, and tennis and basketball courts. We are right down the street from many restaurants, grocery stores, the shopping mall, and hardware stores. We must note, we have never felt unsafe.

I moved to Danville for work. I found an apartment at Devonshire Apts and I’m extremely happy I found this place. The office manager is great and friendly. I’ve never seen her give any negative attitude to ANYONE and she communicates and follows up with you for whatever you contact her for whether it’s just to say hi or any actual apartment issues (in which I haven’t had many issues)
The territory is great and seems to be one of the best in town.

I've lived here multiple times now and love it. neighbors are quiet and friendly. best part of living here is that they are pet friendly , the golf course is a walk away and so is the bar. I would highly recommend.

Devonshire Village has been very attentive to us since we’ve moved in. Constant updates and quick email responses have been extremely helpful during our move. Very clean, well kept and large apartments are what sold us along with the managerial service. I’d definitely recommend Devonshire!
