A modern building with well equipped common areas and occasional events for residents making it easy to get to know your neighbors. The thing I don't like is that the windows haven't been washed all year...Other than that it's truly deserves to be called luxury living ??

My family and I have had a very positive experience as residents at Dey & Bergen for almost 5 years now. From the beginning, the staff has been welcoming, attentive, and supportive, which has made our transition and day-to-day living very comfortable. Mr. Will at the front desk is consistently professional, kind, and helpful, and he truly sets the tone for a friendly environment. The cleaning staff does an excellent job maintaining the property, and Jose has also been wonderful and supportive ...

Good doorman and front desk. Sound proofing is lacking, noise travels easily and wakes me up. Unsure how this can be resolved as it is a structural problem in the building.

Good community, nice amenities and apartment layout. The noise level gets high in the courtyard sometimes with kids running around yelling, especially if you live facing the courtyard.

The management and staff are always helpful and responsive, providing excellent service to residents. The apartments have a high standard of finish, and the amenities are great, making it a very comfortable and pleasant place to live.
