Been here for 5 years. Close to the train. Convenient for those who travel into New York City. Neighborhood is safe for the most part. Can walk to and from the train.

Great place to live and in an upcoming and safe area. Close to little restaurants and some bars luckily but can easily get on the path to get to JC or NYC.

The community is great here! Full of small families and young professionals, but everyone gets along. People tend to mind their business and help keep the place clean which only makes the place more enjoyable.

leasing team is available 24/7. Doormen always nice. Gym well equipped. Residents friendly. Lots of pet owners in this building but in general, maintenance seems to do a good job of cleaning common areas often

A modern building with well equipped common areas and occasional events for residents making it easy to get to know your neighbors. The thing I don't like is that the windows haven't been washed all year...Other than that it's truly deserves to be called luxury living ??

From the beginning, the staff has been welcoming, attentive, and supportive, which has made our transition and day-to-day living very comfortable. Mr. Will at the front desk is consistently professional, kind, and helpful, and he truly sets the tone for a friendly environment.
