Nice Community, Poor Management

I lived here for 2 years, and the new management team is a far cry from the amazing people I was used to seeing in the office. The property itself is decent, and if you live on the third floor it is pretty quiet. The apartment doesn’t have the nicest quality finishings, but it’s nice enough for the price. hallways. My biggest issue was upon moving out, when I received my deposit remainder in the mail. They deducted $300 for “utilities” that I’d already paid, and they failed to include any invoice that matched that deduction. I tried contacting them 4 times to get this resolved and have them reissue the check, but they ignored my emails. It’s disappointing to have had a great experience while living there and being a good tenant, only to be screwed over in the end by the new management team. It definitely soured a good experience for me, and I probably wouldn’t rent from them on principle.
