October 29, 2025I’ve lived here over 2 years. Any time I’ve ever had a problem where I needed the Maintenance team (which is not often), they get the issue resolved right away. Quite and peaceful

NOT SAFE
December 29, 2024In October my car was stolen from Diamond Lakes in broad daylight and management was absolutely no help nor concerned AT ALL. There is no type of security driving around the property neither is there security cameras around the complex. Not only was my car stolen there has also been a number of car break ins as well. They do not take the safety and security of their tenants serious at all.Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2024I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to live! The pool area is very nice and the staff is amazing. Ms.Cheryl, has been so kind. She works with you, and is great with communicating. She always does her best to respond for any questions or concerns, even after the office is closed.
