Awesome Touring
March 3, 2026Everything about the apartments I toured were awesome and the diamond lake staff were super helpful with all of my questions. Even questions I didn’t ask were being answered and that was a huge green flag for me. The area is quiet with nice scenery and is definitely worth it for sure.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance
February 3, 2026My faucet in my tub was leaking recently whenever it would get turned on. Paul had came in to fix it but needed to get a tool that wasn't on site to be able to fix it. Before he was able to come back another maintenance guy tried to fix it but sadly couldn't. Paul came in not long after him and was able to completely fix the leak! October 29, 2025I’ve lived here over 2 years. Any time I’ve ever had a problem where I needed the Maintenance team (which is not often), they get the issue resolved right away. NOT SAFE
December 29, 2024In October my car was stolen from Diamond Lakes in broad daylight and management was absolutely no help nor concerned AT ALL. There is no type of security driving around the property neither is there security cameras around the complex. Not only was my car stolen there has also been a number of car break ins as well. They do not take the safety and security of their tenants serious at all.Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2024I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to live! The pool area is very nice and the staff is amazing. Ms.Cheryl, has been so kind. She works with you, and is great with communicating. She always does her best to respond for any questions or concerns, even after the office is closed.
