June 16, 2025Diamond Mesa is my first ever apartment and I wouldn't have it any other way. Everything is just 5-10 minute drive away the staff rock when it comes to helping.the community is nice and clean if everything goes right I'll be staying here for a couple years more.Property Manager Responded

April 18, 2025Started off great but as time has gone by that has changed ! Its an okay place, great amenities but the communication with the new office staff is horrible. You can never get in contact with anyone unless you go into the office and the maintenance staff never completes the orders that get put in . April 9, 2025We have been here since July 2024 we had some really great neighbors the only things that had me give a 3 star review is that people fly through the parking lot, some people have surround sounds and it's awful because we can't hear our TV now we have to go buy one and the pigeons are awful the poop everywhereProperty Manager Responded
