Management won't let you fill out ANY work orders for needed repairs. Says she'll do it but you never see or sign anything, as a result NOTHING ever gets fixed! Missing paperwork from your copy of the lease(showing needed repairs). You're treated lika a convict with no rights here. I yr of living here & not a single repair has been started/completed. The only thing that gets done is the mountains of never ending paperwork that's constantly being pinned to your door. This is the worst apt complex ...

The management is an uncomfortable presence. Quick to punish tenants for simple, fixable things like the color of curtains. If it wasn't for her I would say I love it here even though the apartments leave a lot to be desired. Not very well maintained and outdated but its nice to call it home in the long run.
