    Beautiful gardened neighborhood! Dog loving neighborhood. Various unit layouts. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I can walk to essentials and groceries. Fairly new bldg/doesn't break down much. Love w/d in unit!

    I love living at Dianne, it is a small community but because of its size I feel that it is very respectful towards one another. I wish the community room and the rooftop was still 24 hours, but besides that, I love the building.

    Nice staff. Lovely gardened neighborhood. Essentials close by like groceries, restaurants, etc. new bldg (2018) so it doesn't break down much. Great neighborhood for dog lovers. Various apartment layouts. Love washers and dryers in units.

    It's very impersonal at the moment. The whole building feels like they put a corporate Band-aid over it until they figure stuff out. But it's been at last three months. I appreciate the fact that the basement floors got polished. But maybe a social event would be nice first?

    The team managing our community totally changed about three months ago. It happened practically overnight, so obviously something was going on behind the scenes... I don't need to know the details, but as a resident here I think such a shake-up warrants an explanation... We've had one "introductory" email from the new team since the takeover. No direct community outreach. No social events... I'm just generally disappointed.

    Beautiful neighborhood, dog loving neighborhood. Essentials and grocery shopping nearby within walking distance. Streetcar and bus.nice appliances amenities. Variety of floorplans. Staff is helpful. Lots of art galleries. I love the window blinds-easy to use, innovative.

    Happy to call this place home! Very walkable, and is staffed with amazing people. Only complaint is the occasional hassles of the garage. If you don't have a car to worry about, this place is absolutely recommended.

    It’s a nice place to live, but the people who run the building are really hard to get a hold of honestly. They are not very responsive to emails and are often not in the office.

    I've been living at the Dianne for seven months. Very helpful and friendly staff. The amenities are nice and the ceiling and walls are very thick, so the apartments are quiet.
