    The Dianne is a beautiful building that is conveniently located within one of the most in demand neighborhoods in Portland. There are multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance, addition to three parks within a 10-minute walk. Transit runs right in front of the building. The staff is pleasant and responsive. I couldn't be more satisfied.

    I enjoy living in this community, the views from the apartment, and how quiet it is living here. I do wish we had more community events but besides that it is a great community.

    The apartments are beautiful, the location is amazing, and the staff is friendly and kind. There seems to be some organizational and communication issues in timely responding to concerns. There are also annual rent increases that may not be sustainable in the long-term considering the competitiveness of the market and the availability of similar apartments in the neighborhood with lower rent and more amenities, like gyms, larger rooftop terraces, etc.

    Easily located to essential services, and I can walk everywhere. Beautiful gardened neighborhood. Comfortable floor plan. My unit on the second floor has a ideal view, even though I know many go for higher views.

    I'm not sure what happened to this place... It became so corporate it lost its community. "Pet of the Month" is all we have. We used to have resident events. Kinda sad.

    Beautiful gardened neighborhood! Dog loving neighborhood. Various unit layouts. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I can walk to essentials and groceries. Fairly new bldg/doesn't break down much. Love w/d in unit!

    I love living at Dianne, it is a small community but because of its size I feel that it is very respectful towards one another. I wish the community room and the rooftop was still 24 hours, but besides that, I love the building.
