Dickey Hill Apartments is a hidden gem on the edge of Baltimore City and the Baltimore county line. Why, because the apartments are priced as if they were down south. You truly get the bang-for-your-buck at Dickey Hill Apartments. It is quite, clean and the other tenants are respectful and WORKING people (which means no people hanging out on corners). The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because the parking can be congested at times....WOW...really, that is the only downside. A true ...
