The property itself is absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained grounds and a modern, upscale feel throughout the community. The fitness center is well-equipped and clean, making it easy to stay consistent with workouts. The heated pool is a huge plus and perfect for relaxing year-round. December 31, 2025I renewed my lease because I'm very happy living at District Square. My apartment is beautiful and meets all modern day standards. Plenty of windows and open concept space. I don't hear anything going on around my apartment. It's very peaceful and comfortable. In addition, the maintenance staff is great!Property Manager Responded
