December 31, 2025I renewed my lease because I'm very happy living at District Square. My apartment is beautiful and meets all modern day standards. Plenty of windows and open concept space. I don't hear anything going on around my apartment. It's very peaceful and comfortable. In addition, the maintenance staff is great!Review from Apartments.com

September 2, 2025Staff have been very friendly and helpful, timely in addressing concerns. Primary concerns have been about packages having issues being delivered due to building being locked. The common areas are very clean and welcoming. The common patio area is very nice place to relax. We also like the gym, although I wish there was a better pull-up bar.Property Manager Responded

August 19, 2025Everything is good except the internet connection by AT&T. Once AT&T fixed the connectivility, however, Wi-Fi is sometimes unstable, usually a couple of times per day. This made me so frustrated. The rest of parts are fine for me.Property Manager Responded
