Noise is Terrible

I highly regret moving here and would not recommend. A Dutch Bros was built just a few months into my lease, and they consistently play loud music late into the night. It has also brought a significant increase in traffic through the complex.
I have raised these concerns with the leasing office multiple times over the past month, but they have failed to address or resolve the noise issue. Yet, we go back in forth on how they are trying to fix it with no resolve.
