Noise is Terrible
February 20, 2026I highly regret moving here and would not recommend. A Dutch Bros was built just a few months into my lease, and they consistently play loud music late into the night. It has also brought a significant increase in traffic through the complex. I have raised these concerns with the leasing office multiple times over the past month, but they have failed to address or resolve the noise issue. Yet, we go back in forth on how they are trying to fix it with no resolve.Review from Apartments.com

February 3, 2026I toured six apartments in one week, and District Square was the clear winner by far. Having lived at District Lofts about four years ago, I already knew I could expect an exceptional staff and a top-notch maintenance team. The units are absolutely gorgeous, beautifully appointed, and the property boasts incredible amenities.
