June 6, 2024District @ 6th is a pleasant place to live. Located in the East Village, it is close to fine restaurants, bars, and shopping. The units are well-designed. Appliances and cabinetry are good but not top-of-the-line. Parking is available underground, at a designated surface lot, and on the street. Two pet limit. The facility has a swimming pool and green space outdoors in the center of the complex. An exercise room is available for tenants. I recommend this complex to others.Review from Apartments.com

January 15, 2024The staff and community are all very friendly, helpful, go the distance, easy application, and timely on any requests. If there is ever an issue, they resolve it and show they care about you. Quiet building, beautiful views, clean, amenities rock, and close enough to walk anywhere downtown. 24 hr gym, vending machines, underground garage, elevator, pool, court yard, grill, exterior sitting with fireplace, pet friendly with outside walking area.
