This place is amazing! The community managers were so helpful when: showing me the place, during the leasing process, and everything after that!! The maintenance staff takes great care of the place and are quick to respond. The apartments are basically brand new, I am the first person to live in my unit. Riley, Jessica, and Brittany have all been extremely welcoming and helpful. This is the most peaceful, clean, and friendly apartment I’ve ever lived at. The 800 sq ft one bedroom provides more than enough space for myself and my cat. The resort style pool is very luxurious and family friendly. I highly recommend the District at Berkshire!

My boyfriend and I toured this community and immediately loved it. The complex is beautiful and brand new! Brittany was so awesome. She gave us a great detailed tour and made the applying process stress free. She answered all the questions we had! The apartment units are updated.
