February 18, 2026This is my second location with Champion and 4th lease. The community manager made it smooth and flawless in the first community for a new resident to Ohio. Over the three years there Brittany and many other made all the effort necessary to make it great. So far at my second community Megan and Riley have been great. The onboarding was quick and she responded to all questions with great help. Overall any maintenance needs were quickly met. When they have community events it's a great way to meet ...your neighbors. Bonus coffee whenever and a nice gym.Property Manager Responded

Awesome!!
January 13, 2026This place is amazing! The community managers were so helpful when: showing me the place, during the leasing process, and everything after that!! The maintenance staff takes great care of the place and are quick to respond. The apartments are basically brand new, I am the first person to live in my unit. The apartment is great: nice appliances, good layout, great kitchen. Plenty of parking, excellent wifi, and a good 24/7 fitness center. Plus it is about from a huge state park (Alum Creek) that ...has a large lake and lots of hiking trails. Love it!!!!Property Manager Responded

Wonderful place to live!
September 24, 2025Riley, Jessica, and Brittany have all been extremely welcoming and helpful. This is the most peaceful, clean, and friendly apartment I’ve ever lived at. The 800 sq ft one bedroom provides more than enough space for myself and my cat. The resort style pool is very luxurious and family friendly. Amazing complex!
March 5, 2025My boyfriend and I toured this community and immediately loved it. The complex is beautiful and brand new! Brittany was so awesome. She gave us a great detailed tour and made the applying process stress free. She answered all the questions we had! The apartment units are updated. They include a beautiful kitchen and appliances, lovely living room, big bathroom, nice size bedroom and walk in closet. One of our favorite parts is the spacious outdoor balcony!! My boyfriend and I don't move in til ...the end of May but we are so excited to call this place our new home soon!Property Manager Responded
