Safe, quiet, and close to everything!
March 31, 2025I’ve been at District at Biltmore for 2 years now and plan to stay for a third. The location is so convenient, the residents and staff are friendly and respectful, and most importantly, I feel safe. There are regular resident events, the grounds are always clean, and the security systems and outdoor furniture were recently upgraded too!Property Manager Responded

Unbeatable Location
March 29, 2025I’ve lived at District at Biltmore for several years and still love the charming amenities. It’s close to great shopping, including Biltmore Fashion Park, located just one block down the street. Great location for meeting up with colleagues and friends. The resident lounge has a spacious demonstration kitchen and conference room. The rooftop is a focal point with views of downtown and Camelback Mountains. Management has changed several times since living here and I can confidently say Yvette had ...made a meaningful difference in resident engagement. Amazing staff, location, everything!
March 27, 2025I’ve been living here for a little less than a year and I absolutely love it. It’s beautiful, lovely pool and amazing community. Not to mention the staff - Ivette has been such a kind face to see anytime I need help or just getting a package. Maintence has been amazing as well! Quick response time and just a great team overall. Even though it’s never a great reason to have maintence in my apartment, I am always happy to see them knowing they will get things done and are so sweet. The whole team ...here is truly amazing. Just an amazing place to live!

The professional and friendly staff are always responsive, ensuring a comfortable living environment. I really love all the community events! The community amenities, including a resort-style pool and well-equipped fitness center, are top-notch. The location is unbeatable, with shopping centers like Biltmore Fashion Park, Whole Foods, and ...Trader Joe's within walking distance. Everything I wanted!

Outstanding Apartment Complex!
March 10, 2025I’ve been a resident of District at Biltmore with my partner for two years going on three. We’ve loved the residence and how well it is kept up, and we have loved having the convenience of receiving prompt help for any issue that we’ve had. Brett with Maintenance has continuously worked within our work-from-home schedule to complete all of the few maintenance orders we’ve needed to put in. March 10, 2025I’ve been at this apartment complex for 4 years and I LOVE IT. The location is perfect the amenities are great and it’s so safe abs quiet.
