April 28, 2025I called to ask if they would allow me to pay an entire year's rent up front due to my wife's disability causing her not to have a job. I was told that I could not get an answer to that question unless I applied. After applying and paying the application fee twice, once for myself and once for my wife, I was promptly ignored for a month. After several phone calls asking for updates, I was sent a text saying my application was declined. When I called to ask why, I was given a roundabout answer ...akin to "We don't do that, and it would require us to write up a new lease outside of what we normally do". Based on my experience of having to pay $50 to get a question answered, being ignored for a month, and then being given a roundabout answer, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of beautiful properties in Texas Corners with a short commute to Mattawan.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
