Dismissive leasing office to even view an apartment

So we were just treated very rudely & dismissed by the female leasing agent with blond hair! We arrived to a completely empty office at 1 pm. Not a soul in sight, not even a sign stating she would be back. After sitting for 30 minutes, she came walking back with a couple. She did not even acknowledge us, while we were seated only feet away! She sat down with the couple at which point we asked if she was the only person present. This was at 1:30, after we had sat around for 30 minutes ... only to ...
be told that we can make an appointment AFTER her 2 pm appointment! Did she really plan to ignore us until 3 pm? And why does such a massive complex have only one person working in their office?! Is this even remotely safe? There were even keys left laying on the office desk with no one around.
People were coming & going, looking for someone in the office, while she was gone for the 30 minutes that we sat there!
Never have we entered an apartment complex office with not a soul around. This place needs more workers, & this woman needs to learn how to be polite! Her frustrations with being alone did not warrant her rudeness.
This was the 2nd time we have tried to view an apartment. The 1st was several months ago when the leading was being handled from a trailer. On that day we had an appointment ... only to arrive on time to no one in the trailer.
You have lost a potential of a very good tenants!
