      Okay so, first time living on my own and I thought this place was PERFECT. I rented for a full year. Pros... they helped me when I need my toilet fixed and a new fridge. Cons...entire building smells of mold, will make all of your belongings smell like mold...and my last 4 months in the building I realized there were cockroaches. I'll leave it at that!
