Easy move in, very helpful. They allowed me an early check-in on my move-in date, which was very helpful since I had drove 30 hours with a trailer and was real tired.

Just moved in about a week ago. The day of move in the process was smooth. Apartment I chose was just what I expected. So far no problems & loving the new apartment. It’s feeling like home!

Living here has been a really good experience. The staff are friendly and always willing to help when something is needed. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, which I really appreciate. My room is comfortable, and the building is clean and safe. It’s been a nice and easy place to live, and I feel comfortable calling it home.

So far it’s been a good experience. Had an issue with my AC which they said was fixed but was never truly fixed and it’s still leaking every now and then. Thankfully it’s right over the toilet so it’s not that big of a deal. Regardless though don’t tell me it was fixed if it truly wasn’t.

Lots of loud people coming and going at all hours of the night. Gates are always being hit and damaged. Constant smell of pot (marijuana) when home. Gone downhill tenant quality wise since management changed.

So far everyone seems nice and the area is great. Really close to TCU, Tom Thumb and Trader Joe’s are right down the road, and the amenities are awesome

So far so good- will say the apartment was kind of dirty at move in- and I have one whole bathroom that needs work (plumbing, leaks, low flow toilet pressure) and I’ve had a terrible time with my wifi service. Otherwise super quiet…. Also still haven’t gotten a key fob to be able to use any amenities….

It is truly enjoy living here! In fact, I have recently changed territories at work to the Lewisville area, around a 1 hour commute. However, I am not going to move, at least right now, because I feel comfortable here and it is a nice place to come home to. It is quiet and peaceful. However, the one drawback is the community hot water, which makes it very difficult to shower for some reason, as the water constantly changes from hot to cold. I now clean myself by filling a bucket and using that ...
water. Yet, at least at this point, it is still worthwhile to live here!
