May 23, 2025Apartment over all is great. Pretty quiet area and quiet neighbors. Maintenance staff is amazing and always addresses my concerns quickly. Managers and front of house staff is lacking. Only cares about communication if you are applying for an apartment but once you get in the commutation stops unless you literally beg for a response and bug them several times. Yet they treat you like you’re the one that is bothering them. Called about an issue a couple weeks ago, assured that I would get a ...response, never got one. They have such a high turn around rate with staff, no wonder they are desperate for people to move in due to the lack of residents. All these stars go towards the neighborhood and maintenance staff.Property Manager Responded

April 30, 2025I think that Dixon is an enjoyable place to live! The neighbors that I have met have been personable and the location is great. The amenities are nice, as is the staff.
