Living here is not bad, its quiet. The apartment its self is not great. My issue is the maintenance team, they sucks. Take forever to respond to requests. I put one in June 6th and its still in progress over a month later, insane. & the office never answers the phone. Which is concerning because EVERY time I have went in to talk to someone everyone in there was just chit chatting and sitting around. So I not sure what the excuse is there. I understand this community is big but this place would ...

almost top tier if whoever runs this place would have a sense of urgency to assist the residents. Or ever correspond with them, when things are behind. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

The leasing process was very slow and more confusing than necessary. The leasing agents are generally very nice but set unrealistic timelines for the process. The amenities are pretty nice and there are no major issues with the complex.

It was a shaky ride to start out, my leasing agent got fired or left the company, and got switched and I ended up missing out on a big promotion, but I still got a decent promotion instead and my new agent Madison made my process fast and reliable with great information, I couldn’t have appreciated her more, I’m loving it here so far and can’t wait for the next months to come.

It has some great amenities to enjoy at this complex. When you have a maintenance request, they are very quick to fix it as soon as they are able to! I love the location to both 20 and 30. I wish it was a bit more updated, but it is perfect for the convenience.

The application process was a bit long, however once it was said and done, the leasing office did right by us. When we moved into our unit, the AC was not working, however this was quickly fixed once we notified maintenance. Other than that, it is a nice, quiet complex, and the location is great.

I continue to have problems with my rental insurance being updated. I have supplied coverage more than a dozen times still it hasn't been corrected! The problem with the section 8 residents is an ongoing issue. They don't follow community guidelines, packages go missing, etc. Any time you combine lower-income housing with paying residents there are always problems. There is an ongoing problem with communication with the management team and getting responses, with a slow turnaround on maintenance ...
