New building, hostile management

I moved into this beautiful brand new building last year with lots of amenities. But since the beginning it has been problem after problem and the worst is that the management acts defensive and ceases communication instead of addressing issues. The broken elevator, lack of guest access, and package fiasco make living here difficult

We're glad to hear you find the buildings beautiful, but we're sorry to hear that your experience has not met the standard we strive to provide and that you feel Management has been dismissive of your concerns. We understand that not every answer to a question or concern will always be the response a resident hope to receive. However, that does not mean your concerns are being dismissed. Our responsibility is to provide honest, accurate information and, when possible, solutions that are fair and consistent with our community policies and the needs of all residents. We also want to emphasize that our goal is never to be defensive or to stop communicating with our residents. disappointed to hear that your interactions with our management team have left you feeling otherwise. We recognize the inconvenience caused by the recent elevator outage. Unfortunately, repairs required specialized parts and coordination with our elevator service provider, which extended the timeline beyond what anyone would have preferred. We understand the disruption this caused and appreciate our residents' patience while repairs were completed. We also recognize how incredibly inconvenient the package delivery issues are for our residents. While deliveries are handled by third-party carriers, we continue to work with our package management system and delivery providers to encourage proper use of the package lockers and designated delivery areas. If you are experiencing missing packages, we encourage you to contact our management office so we can assist in reviewing the situation. In an effort to improve the overall package problem we’ve been experiencing, we are pleased to announce that we are installing a new amazon parcel locker system which should help to ensure packages are properly delivered to our residents. Regarding guest access and parking within our community, our policies are designed with the security of our residents in mind. While we understand these procedures may not always be the most convenient, they are intended to help maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone who calls our community home and to provide as many parking spaces as possible for our residents by having guests park outside the property. We value all resident feedback and remain committed to addressing concerns through open communication.
