I have been here for a little over a year and a half and love it. It’s a great atmosphere around so many restaurants! I can hear the live music from my balcony. In the warmer months there is a french market right in the parking lot you can walk too. Train access to downtown is walking distance. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. A very quiet atmosphere inside. Maintenance is quick to respond and repair. Apartments are newly renovated with stainless steel appliances. The bathroom title/tub is not ...

renovated. The laundry room is large with 2 full sized machines, although are not in new condition. No walk in closet, but there is a lot of closet space.

The Dodson apartments in Geneva are very spacious and in a great neighborhood. There are several restaurants, shops and a farmers market each Sunday through Oct. The apartments are close to the train which makes it very convenient to travel downtown Chicago. The apartment building is very clean and always looks great.
