Maintenance Team Upgrade!
February 10, 2025I experienced a lack of hot water last week, and within an hour of being notified a work order was opened after I reached out, there was a knock at my door. Benito didn’t put a small bandaid on the issue and wipe his hands of it, he went above and beyond to try to mitigate it from happening in the future and ensured the appliances causing the issue were addressed and or replaced. I appreciated his transparency and kindness and I’m glad to see we finally have someone at the property who cares ...about the well being of the people who live here.Property Manager Responded

Gem in hiding
February 4, 2021I was looking for a place last summer and stumbled upon Dogwood. I spoke with Naomi the property manager she was so pleasant and helpful. A month later we were moving in. DG is a quiet place nestled amongst a busy main street but you would never know. The grounds are kept up, mowed and trash is picked up. The new management that has taken over is addressing your concerns within a timely manner. So far it's been 4 months and I am enjoying my stay here. There's remodeling going on, so that is ...definitely good for new renters moving in. People are friendly. Out of all the places we looked at I love the fact it has so much green space and places to walk. If you are looking for somewhere quiet with lovely grounds, then here it is. A wonderful place to call home.
December 23, 2020I have called Dogwood Gardens Apartments “home” now for one year since relocating to the area. The site manager has been amazingly attentive throughout the COVID pandemic. The maintenance staff have been very responsive when needed, including off hours and weekends. The new property owners have new projects underway for the community, including a dog park and fitness center. New Management Is Helpful!
December 16, 2020We've been living at Dogwood for 1.5 years, and the transition to Rushmore management has been an added bonus! Our work orders have been addressed quickly and any time we have a problem, the front desk is able to figure it out. Recently, Amazon delivered our package to the wrong building, and when we called the front desk, they sent a person to each building to check for it. When it was located, it was promptly delivered by staff. This has been incredibly helpful!
