Great Property!!!
April 13, 2021I moved here in 2020 for my first apartment on my own and I loved it! Management was great and always responsive. Maintenance was also very helpful when I did put in a service request. Never had any problems with neighbors or visitors. The move out process was very smooth sailing as well. I didn't get overcharged for any damages or cleanings which was awesome! Apartment was loaded with Black Mold

Good place to live
October 18, 2019I have lived here since july of this year and I have found that the staff and management are very good about fixing things and if I have a pest problem they continue to spray my unit until I no longer have a problem. Very good quiet place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Dogwood lake apartments
August 8, 2015Dogwood lake apts are decent apts. They are in a relatively safe area and close to many businesses. Quality and price are good. I'm a single mom, in school full time and work part time and the apt and utilities are affordable. The complex has a small gym, a community room and a pool. All are decent. The caliber of people I've seen living around me are average and normal. Haven't seen any drama or fights or anything that would concern me.
